I got home from work last night - it was beautiful out! Perfect temp of about 60, a slight breeze, the leaves are changing color and starting to fall..which means that slight breeze was tossing swirls of leaves across the yard. We've got persimmon trees, so I tromped back there and picked up the day's crop, kicked around the sharp pods under the chestnut trees and found more chestnuts...and then went for a walk. It was kind of spooky, the sun was heading down, and the wind was starting to settle. Lots of pumpkins and corn shocks roaming around town...
